Hi,
It has been a little over four months now that I started building this website and I would really appreciate your brutally honest/very critical review.
The main reason I am asking for a review is to find out whether I am on the right track when it comes to building a site that:
is useful for its visitors (aiming at beginning online poker players obviously). Besides the information/writing offered this also includes website usability.
has the potential to do well in the search engines as far as you can tell looking at on-page and on-site SEO aspects (or: I'm I doing something horribly wrong at first sight when it comes to SEO?).
makes you wanna click something with an affiliate link in it (okay, not many ads and links there yet, but what's the trust-o-meter saying?).
if there in general is something I am completely overlooking/misapplying etc.
Also, I'm kind of worried about how my site ranks for something as 'competitive' as 'first time poker player' (without the quotation marks). Could that be just the time factor (being a new site), or is that mainly the result of ignoring thinking a lot about but not actually following up the advice of an SEO-professional on PAL to start a blog?
